For clinics — listing on Due South Dental
We're a small directory for US patients considering Tijuana / Los Algodones full-arch implants. Clinics pay a uniform performance-based fee, decoupled from procedure size. No paid placement, no upfront cost, no exclusive contract.
$0 to be listed. Ever.
No setup fee. No monthly fee. No listing fee. You only pay when we deliver a qualified consult ($150) and again when treatment completes ($400). If we send you no patients, you pay nothing — and we don't get paid either.
How the model works
Stage 1 — $150 per qualified consult
Paid only when we route a qualified inquiry to you and the discovery call happens. Verified via your webhook ack.
Stage 2 — $400 per completed treatment
Paid when the patient confirms completion via our post-trip survey. Not at booking, not at deposit — at completion.
Uniform across all listed clinics
Every clinic on the panel pays the same fee schedule. You cannot pay for ranking or placement — that's enforced in code and visible in our public Affiliate Disclosure.

Every listed clinic meets a written 6-point vetting checklist. The bar is the same for every applicant.

- A profile page at /clinics/your-slug with your credentials, brands, and warranty terms.
- Pre-qualified patient inquiries via webhook (HMAC-signed; sample payload below).
- 24-hour response SLA tracking — we monitor and surface breaches.
- Post-trip survey loop to verify outcomes and flag complaints early.
What happens if you miss SLA
Every clinic is expected to respond to a new inquiry within 24 business hours. We flag one miss. After three misses in a rolling 60-day window, we pause new dispatch to your clinic and reach out to discuss before any further action. You'll always hear from us before anything visible to patients changes.
What we do not do
- Sell you our patient list. Inquiries are 1:1, routed by patient preference + qualifier match.
- Bundle clinical fees with our marketing fee. They are billed separately and you keep the entire treatment fee.
- Pressure patients. The wizard is honest about when Mexico isn't a fit — we'd rather lose a marginal lead than refer someone who'll regret it.
- Run behavioral retargeting on your patients. Affiliate-attribution beacons (Travelpayouts Drive) are present; behavioral retargeting pixels are not.
